What skin types should use NEOCUTIS products?

NEOCUTIS products are formulated for all skin types including normal, dry, oily and combination skin. We offer products to address key skincare concerns, including aging, discoloration, oxidative stress, skin dryness and redness. We recommend consulting your physician to learn which NEOCUTIS products are best for your skin type.

Do NEOCUTIS products require a prescription?

No, NEOCUTIS products are cosmetic products formulated to help improve the appearance and feel of skin.

Does NEOCUTIS test its products on animals?

No, NEOCUTIS does not test any of its products on animals.

Are NEOCUTIS products well tolerated on sensitive or stressed skin?

NEOCUTIS products are formulated for skin tolerability. The skin tolerability of these products was evaluated during standard dermatological studies for cosmetic products. However, we recommend that you use these products as directed on the packaging, or as directed by your skincare professional.

Returns and Exchanges

At NEOCUTIS we stand behind out products. We aim to exceed customer expectations with our products and customer service. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we will offer a full refund of purchases made through this site within 30 days of the order date the first time you purchase it/them. The second time you order the same product(s), you will only be eligible for store credit. 


Orders that contain final sale items may not be returned or exchanged, unless damaged upon receipt.  


Exchanges are only eligible for products that are damaged upon receipt or if the incorrect product was sent. If you receive damaged or incorrect product you must contact customerservice@merz.com to initiate a replacement, exchange, or refund within 3 calendar days of receipt.  


To offer the best experience to our NEOCUTIS customers, NEOCUTIS reserves the right in our sole discretion to reject or limit returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our policy (such as excessive returns, reselling, or fraud) or violation of our Terms and Conditions. 

Returns with third party providers

Items purchased from other retailers, dealers, or resellers and not directly from our website are not eligible for return, refund, store credit or exchange. Please contact the store you purchased the product. 

Discounts

Discount codes cannot be applied after a purchase has been processed. Please review your cart carefully before purchasing. In the event that a discount has not been applied to your cart where applicable please email customerservice@merz.com.
